We gladly and warmly welcome you to discover “het Groene Hart van Holland” or the Green Heart of Holland. “Het Groene Hart van Holland?” Well, you might know us from our famous Dutch Cheese or Unesco World Heritage Kinderdijk with the typical Dutch windmills or you might have seen our landscape painted by world famous Dutch masters. But moreover, we are centrally located in between the major cities of Holland: our famous capital Amsterdam with its musea and canals; bustling Rotterdam with its modern architecture, festival (did you see us at Eurovision?) and over 170 different nationalities; The Hague, our king’s residence and seat of our government and several international institutions; Utrecht, city of art, culture and history with its iconic Dom Tower, museum district and bustling outdoor cafés.
